How many images will I get? 

For small units, I typically edit down to 10-15 images. For medium-sized units, the final selection is around 20 images. For larger units, I provide approximately 25 images.

These numbers are general estimates—I always capture as many shots as necessary to ensure useful and well-composed angles.

 

What is included in editing?

Edited photos will include color correction, exposure and lighting adjustments, straightening of lines, distortion correction, and clarity enhancement. A single round of amendments is allowed for these adjustments.

To ensure affordability while maintaining the authenticity of the images, I do not offer services for object removal or image transformation.

The final image size and resolution will be optimized for digital media listings and computer viewing.

Watermark or logo addition is not included in the standard cost and will incur an additional fee.

 

How long will it take to get my edited photos?

1-2 working days

 

Do you shoot exteriors?

Yes, I can photograph amenities such as pools, gyms, tennis courts, clubhouses, and more. However, owners must obtain prior approval from the Estate Management.

This request should be communicated in advance when seeking a quotation, as I need to factor in both the additional shooting time and cost.

 

How do I get the output?

 A Google Drive link containing the image files will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Please download the images to your device within one week, as the link may expire after that period.

 

How do I make payment?

Full payment is required either in cash on-site or via PayNow App immediately upon receiving the file link.

 

Who should be present when you are shooting.?

My agent clients typically arrange for the landlords, sellers, or maids to be home to allow me access for the photoshoot.

If you would like to assist with decluttering, you are welcome to meet me at the property.

 

How to make preparation and save extra over time cost?

 In most cases, interior photography for property listings does not require more than an hour of shooting. Larger houses, spanning several thousand square feet, may take a bit longer—typically an additional 30 to 60 minutes.

Property listing photography differs from commercial advertising photography. Listings require sellers to present realistic photos that reflect the actual condition of the home, rather than heavily edited images.

To keep the session efficient and cost-effective, it would be helpful if sellers or landlords clean up and declutter the space before the shoot. This way, I can focus on capturing high-quality images within the given timeframe, rather than waiting for furniture to be moved around.
