How many images will I get? 

For a small units, I would edit down to about 10-15 images.   Medium units will yield around  20 images and larger units with around  25 images.  This is just an average situation.  I will shoot as much as I think there are useful angles.

 

What is included in editing?

Edited photos will cover  color correction,  exposure and  lighting correction, straightening the lines,  distortion correction and clarity adjustment.  One time amendment( adjustment)  is acceptable on these aspects.  To maintain our cost at an affordable level and the reality of the images, I do not cover service on removing objects from the images nor transformation of the images.  Final image size and resolution would be more than sufficient for digital media listing and computer browsing.   Adding your watermark or logo is not included in the cost and  will incur extra cost.  

 

How long will it take to get my edited photos?

1-2 working days

 

Do you shoot exteriors?

Yes, I can shoot amenities such as the pools, gym, tennis court, clubhouse, etc.  Owners have to obtain advanced approval from Estate Management.    This request should be advised  in advance when you ask for quotation as I have to build into the shooting time and cost in the quotation.

 

How do I get the output?

A Google Drive link with the image files will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.  You need to download images to your devices as soon as possible within one week.

 

How do I make payment?

Full payment in cash on spot or  via  PayNow App  immediately  after receiving the file link.   

 

Who should be present when you are shooting.?

All my listing agent clients will just set it up for the landlords ( sellers ) or maids to be home to let me in.  You can meet me at the house to help de-clutter the houses if you are interested.

 

How to make preparation and save extra over time cost?

In average situation,   interior photography for property listing do not need more than one hour shooting. Larger houses with few thousands square feet would require a little longer time like 30 mins to 60 mins.    Property listing requirement standard  is different from  Commercial printing advertising.   Property listing requires sellers to show realistic photos with the actual condition of the houses rather than photos with alot of PHOTOSHOP make-up.   It would help to save my time for focusing in shooting in the timeframe and save your cost,   if  you could advise the sellers/landlords to clean up and de-clutter the houses well before the shooting session.  So I don't have to wait for alot of  furniture shifting during the shooting session.
